Why did did the NHRA not allow Luigi's 4th qualifying session time?  It was never explained on the ESPN coverage and not talked about in NRHA.com

this guy is something else.  he has been racing since the 60's. and has the oldest top fuel number still running.  he pays for everything out of his own pocket, he loves the sport and he just keeps hangin' in there.  he truly loves the sport and really desreves a ton...
