Ohhhhhh......... Thanks! I guess they don't air the hearings live on "In Session". Well, looks like all the crying he did on the stand didn't convince the Jury!

The trial was over in November and Tyrone was sentenced to life in prison on December 18,2009. Collier spoke at the sentencing hearing. Collier did not deserve being shot for beating up a guy who got in his face.

His trial is going on now & aired live on the tv show "In Session" this week. I watched it yesterday, the testimony is sad. In Session airs on TruTv, formerly Court TV at 1p.m.! I think Richard testifies next week, the defendant testified yesterday & today...TUNE IN!

Richard Collier is a big bully who got what he deserved.  God doesn't like ugly.  The guy that he knocked out was 200 pounds lighter than he was.  He should have picked on someone his own size.  I don't know if the guy accused of shooting him did it, but the police SHOULD have...
