Since Kurt Looby join the Albuquerque Thunderbirds in January, the Thunderbirds have won 12 of 15 games played. Have moved from next to last place to third and over 500 percent in the West Conference.

K. Looby is back in training camp with the Rio Grande Valley "Vipers" Developedment league. After this summer quest with the NBA Summer league and Denver Nuggets camp he is more than ready for the challenge.

Kurt Looby of the NBA-D League finished the NBA Summer League with a average of 4.8 ppg, 5.6 rbs, 1.8 blocks per game in 5 games and a sensation defense inbound steal with 2.9 sec. on the clock to team mate Marcus Hubbard for 3 point play at the buzzer.
