Yes there is truth to it, it was definitely them...there are rumors that querrey oftens parties with young hollywood starlets such as Taylor Momsen from Gossip Girl and Hayden Pannetiere from Heroes.  So believe me when I say I saw Querrey and Gomez getting cozy at Laker game a few weeks...
